Soul Toll with Anusia

Welcome. Here’s everything you need to know before your episode.

About the Show

Soul Toll with Anusia is a podcast for people questioning the life they've built and looking for a way through. The show brings together voices from across disciplines — science, spiritual practice, journalism, entrepreneurship, leadership, the arts, and more — for honest, wide-ranging conversations about what our choices are costing us, and what it looks like to finally feel free.

The listener is someone who is too smart to pretend everything is fine. They tune in because they need someone who will engage with their specific situation and tell them what they're not seeing. That's what every guest on this show offers — insight.

What to Expect

We record once a month at Johnny Ray's, a professional production studio in Marblehead, Massachusetts. Your session will take about 45 minutes, start to finish.

Before your shoot day, Anusia will send you a briefing document prepared specifically for your episode. Read it. Think through it. Come ready to go deep, but please don't over-rehearse. The best conversations on this show happen when both people are genuinely present. The opening two questions are set. Everything after follows the conversation.
